At our Thursday, June 15th meeting it was brought to our attention that under the Biden administration the BLM is proposing a rule change that would allow environmental companies like the Sierra Club and other conservation groups to place public lands under a “Conservation Easement”, which could impact our extraction industries.
We decided we should take action and call on everyone to provide public comment.

In the search box type 1004-AE-92 and follow the instructions on the website. The name of the rule is “Conservation and Landscape Health.
